Run the empty-drum programme using only the temperature and cleaning product allowed by the manufacturer. Do not mix cleaners or judge effectiveness by the strength of their smell.

Persistent odour, slow drainage, unexplained debris or error messages need attention. Contact a qualified service provider when the manual’s checks do not resolve the problem.
