SUSTAINABILITY, BY DESIGN

Not an eco label
added at the end

It begins with formula, format, packaging and the way the business itself is designed.

OUR IMPACT MODEL

Three connected choices

01 / FORMULA

Focused formulas

We reduce ingredients unrelated to the cleaning task and pay attention to plant-minded inputs, low-foaming use and restrained scent.

02 / FORMAT

Solid concentration

Powders, soaps and laundry sheets reduce unnecessary water in transport, making storage, delivery and dosing lighter.

03 / PACKAGING

Less plastic first

Where product stability allows, we favour paper-based and reduced-material packaging to cut single-use plastic.

CASE / LAUNDRY SHEETS

Less water to move.
A little less resource to carry.

Our laundry sheets concentrate cleaning ingredients into a lightweight sheet. A box of 32 provides the recommended usage equivalent of approximately 2.5 kg of liquid detergent, needs no plastic bottle and stores easily in small spaces or luggage. Its low-foaming design also helps make rinsing simpler.

Note: the equivalent usage is calculated from product specifications and recommended dosage. Actual washes vary with load size, water quality and soil level.

SOCIAL VALUE

Beyond environmental value,
there are human connections.

Sustainability is not only measured in carbon figures. It also appears in whether someone can participate in work equally and gain respect and income.

In 2024, we began working with the Jinjiang District Disabled Persons’ Federation and Xingkongli Café in Chengdu to explore employment opportunities for young people with intellectual disabilities. We are still learning, and we intend to build this work carefully for the long term.

OUR REPORT / 2024-2025

Our progress, in detail

We have published our first sustainability report in English. It brings together our revenue, packaging and transport estimates, employment-preparation training and community partnerships, alongside our methods and the information we still need to improve.

The 13-page report includes a GRI disclosure map and our 2026-2027 work programme. We report COP17 as a subsequent event, and explain why our liquid transport estimate is not a verified carbon saving.
