Frequently Asked Questions

TWIGGY PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Here we answer your questions about our products, laundry sheets, fragrance descriptions and choosing what fits your routine. For dosage, ingredients and precautions, please follow the latest label.

What is Twiggy?

We are Twiggy, a home-care brand from Chengdu, China. We focus on thoughtful formulas, solid cleaning formats and reduced-plastic packaging. Our Chinese name is 吐枝.

Are Twiggy and 吐枝 the same brand?

Yes. Our bilingual name is 吐枝 Twiggy, and we use Twiggy in English.

Where should a laundry sheet go in the washing machine?

Unless the product label says otherwise, place the sheet directly in the empty drum before adding laundry. Do not assume it belongs in a dispenser designed only for liquid or powder.

How many laundry sheets should I use?

Follow the dosage on the product label. Load size, soil level, water volume and water hardness can change the amount needed. Pre-treat localised heavy stains where appropriate.

Can laundry sheets be used in a front-loading washer?

Most sheets labelled for machine washing can be used in front-loading machines. Put the sheet in the drum before the clothes and follow both product and machine instructions.

What should I do if a laundry sheet does not fully dissolve?

Remove residue, rinse the affected area and check for overloading, trapping between garments, low water volume or a programme that is too short.

Does fragrance-free always mean there is no smell?

Not necessarily. A product without added fragrance may still have a mild scent from its raw materials. “Unscented”, “fragrance-free” and “odourless” should not be treated as identical terms.

Is an unscented product automatically suitable for sensitive skin?

No. Fragrance preference, scent sensitivity, irritation and allergy are different issues. Check the full ingredient information and use conditions, and seek professional advice when individual health concerns apply.
